Business Development Manager: South
Project Managing the Design and Installation of World Class Cricket Facilities
Salary £40,000 – £50,000 – Dependant on Experience and Skill Sets
Company Car & All Relevant Equipment

The market leader in designing and installing artificial cricket facilities plus the revolutionary ‘TP Cricket Shield’.

total-play is the country’s most prolific installer of ECB-approved non-turf cricket pitches, and is looking for a dynamic individual to join the sales team.

This is an exciting role which includes being responsible for driving sales across the south of the country.

total-play is an established, forward-thinking company and is the go-to resource for natural and synthetic cricket facilities. As the face of the company across the south, your time will be split between working, responding to enquiries, visiting potential clients and managing the sales process. With time spent visiting sites, the role can be based at home or our Northampton office.

A focused individual with a passionate, practical and common-sense approach to work is essential. A proactive approach is also necessary; developing and maintaining relationships with schools, cricket clubs, local authorities, and other cricket-interested organisations is crucial to the job.

You will see projects through from the initial enquiry to the commencement of play – so a passion for cricket and a good knowledge of the game is essential.

Sales experience is not mandatory, but you’ll need to understand the practical aspects of sports pitch construction and communicating with clients. You’ll also need to develop a good understanding of how total-play products and services work to guide clients on their journey effectively.
