Rosehill Sports & Play is a world leading manufacturer of coloured rubber granules, binders and adhesives for sports tracks and safe play surfaces. Due to continued significant growth and an expanding portfolio of international clients, we now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Manager.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll be instrumental in driving global sales and product strategies for the next phase of our growth. As Business Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and implementing new strategies to help the division achieve its ambitious growth targets
- Managing and developing existing distribution partners and identifying and contracting new partners to grow the global distribution network and deliver sales
- Developing sector specific strategies for sports tracks and safe play surfaces alongside our marketing team
- Extending and developing the division’s product range and capabilities to drive future growth
- Building and leading the sales team to deliver sustained sales growth and high levels of service and support
You’re a seasoned sales professional with a successful track record in the sports and play sector. A team player, with excellent communication skills, you’re able to work collaboratively and build great relationships with partners and internal team members.
You’ll have proven experience in creating and implementing successful growth strategies to accelerate the business forward, while building a sales team capable of delivering ongoing success.
