Due to continued expansion S&C Slatter Ltd require an experienced Contract Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of multiple sites simultaneously, ranging in value from £50,000 – £5m. The projects will include the construction of synthetic turf pitches, natural turf pitches, car parks and club houses along with the associated infrastructure.

The role will include assisting estimators with project design and technical requirements, phasing and planning projects, procurement of all materials and sub-contractors, supervision of directly employed site staff and liaison with clients and their professional representatives from commencement through to handover. Working alongside our extensive team of support and site management staff you will be directly responsible for the quality, H&S and financial outcomes of projects under your management. You will be expected to have a proven track record in a similar position.
