ETC Sports Surfaces are a UK based limited company with over 30 years’ experience within the tennis court construction, artificial sports surfaces and multi-use game areas industry. With our rapidly growing portfolio of projects, we are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated candidate to oversee projects across the South of England.

Successful candidates will be committed, professional, able to work under own initiative and within a team. Ideally have previous site experience but not a necessity. Although preferred it is not essential to hold a degree level of Construction Management or Civil Engineering Qualification. All levels of proficiency will be considered.

The role involves both office and site work and offers a broad and interesting spectrum from concept to delivery of project.

The successful candidate will take on the role of client liaison for multiple projects and work with clients from initial consultation up to delivery. Once a project is assigned, the successful candidate will be expected to visit site and meet with the client to understand their requirements and assess features of the site affecting construction. Prepare a priced proposal for the works working from standard documents. Liaise with the client throughout the works until final delivery on schedule and within budget.

Ideally the candidate will hold the following:
• A full clean UK Driving Licence
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Highly organised with attention to detail
• Experience in construction and management, with knowledge of the Sports surface industry desirable.
• Computer literate
