This role reports into the Head of Facility Development, working with the Head of Park Investment Delivery and the wider Parks Investment Delivery team to deliver the LTA Parks Investment Strategy. An investment of circa £30m will support the installation of digital technology at park courts across Great Britain, refurbishing unplayable and courts in the poorest condition to make them playable and developing sustainable models to secure the future of park courts, driving participation growth and supporting physical and social outcomes for local communities.

The Park Facility Project Manager will play a critical role in delivering the park investment strategy overseeing the renovation of projects to improve the park landscape and playing experience for tennis players. The ultimate objective being to attract and sustain a million more players to the game over the next two years.

The role will require an expert understanding of the Local Authority network and the role parks play in driving participation. It will require strong communication, influencing and collaboration skills at all levels and experience of working with multiple stakeholders as well as project management expertise to deliver projects from start to finish.
