Intelligent Play are a technology company operating within the sports facilities industry. Our innovative technology provides clients with a unique sports field management system which uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to track field usage and maintenance.
We are recruiting for a full-time Project Manager with excellent communication and administrative skills and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from start to end. The person appointed to this role will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of projects for sports clients around the world, from community clubs and schools to professional clubs and national governing bodies.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Primary point of contact for partners, clients and other key stakeholders
- Manage project activities on a day-to-day basis
- Track and update project status
- Arrange hardware installation including contractor scheduling, paperwork and technical setup
- Coordinate software setup
- Manage client registration and other project documentation
- Responsible for invoicing and credit control
- Support with sales and marketing
- Reporting to the CEO and working closely with other members of a small, international team
- Office-based in Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire with up to 70 days of international travel annually
Skills & Experience
- Strong communication skills across different levels, teams and cultures
- Proactive and independent with excellent organisational skills
- Quality focused and detail oriented
- Use of monday.com or similar project management tools
- Experience managing multi-stage projects
- Flexibility with work hours to accommodate clients in different time-zones and for international travel
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £45-50,000 p.a. (dependent on experience)
- Annual leave: 30 days (inclusive of public holidays)
