Role Overview

As a Site Manager you will play a crucial role in site activities, your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
• Ensure site set up is correct and as agreed on TM plan.
• Be responsible for H&S onsite reporting to our H&S manager.
• All training records for operatives and labourers are recorded.
• Site inductions.
• Be able to read drawings and highlight any issues.
• Coordinate deliveries and call off supplies when required.
• Report to Contract Supervisor on a daily basis.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Telehandler Plant operator CPCS/NPORS (not essential)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (not essential)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willing to travel to multiple site locations.
• Knowledge of civils + sports pitch builds a plus.

Working Hours:
This is a self-employed position working 40 hrs per week, transport and accommodation if required are provided.

Our order book is full for 2024 and into 2025 with projects still being awarded, the position could become permanent for the right candidate.
