McArdle Sport-Tec Ltd are leading sports pitch construction specialists in the UK. We provide turnkey civil engineering and synthetic surface installations for many high-profile clients including Premier League football clubs, National League hockey clubs and Schools of Sporting Excellence as well as providing National Athletics facilities.
Candidate Specification:
As a result of our continued success and unprecedented growth in this exciting market, we are looking for experienced and competent Site Managers to manage our projects covering the midlands and southern areas of England and Wales.
Flexible ‘can do’ attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt and most importantly be a team player. You should enjoy working outdoors and be prepared to work away from home during the week. You must be able to follow instructions, be passionate and committed to deliver high quality installations. Possess good communication skills, friendly and positive outlook, ability to think for yourself, identify risks and problem solving.
Must hold a Full driving license & SSSTS.
Role Responsibility:
Site management, H&S, quality inspections, Quality assurance, Supervision of all works, RAMS, develop drawings and programmes, weekly scheduling, ‘take-off’ and call-in materials, labour/plant/material returns, setting out, client and project manager liaison, and correspondence.
Our projects are typically between £400K and £1M and include earthworks, macadam, fencing, floodlighting and installation of synthetic surfacing.
