After the successful launch of Replay USA and the ongoing expansion across the UK we are now recruiting a Workshop Manager/Mechanical Fitter to join our multi-skilled team, providing an exceptional service to our loyal client base. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and market-leading company at the forefront of artificial sports surface maintenance.

This role would suit an individual who has experience and knowledge of agricultural mechanical engineering and working with hydraulics, pneumatics and electrics.

Due to the nature of our business, we are looking for a candidate that can take control, organise and plan our current workshop requirements. Maintain, service and schedule all current plant and equipment on a regular basis and also perform regular repairs as and when required.

The role will be based at our HQ in Long Bennington but will, when required, include visiting customer sites to fix, deliver and collect machinery.

The financial package offered would be very competitive which will be commensurate to the applicant’s skillset and experience.

The successful candidate will require a full clean UK Driving Licence and ideally a C1 Licence or B+E Licence.

An enhanced DBS check will need to be completed on acceptance of any job offer.

Desirable Applicant skills and attributes:

  • Experience in mechanical fitting/workshop engineering/plant or similar transferrable mechanical experience
  • Hydraulics and/or pneumatics experience
  • Electrical knowledge
  • Managerial experience desirable
  • Self-disciplined
  • Committed and driven
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills

Working hours are Monday to Friday 7.00am to 5.00 pm, Saturday 8.00am to 12.00 pm. Flexibility would be required.
