This is a new venue for our annual event and offers delegates the opportunity to experience the “home of rugby”. The venue also offers unique accommodation in the heart of the South Stand at the newly refurbished Radisson RED London Twickenham.

The one-day Conference, for SAPCA members only, will feature an exciting range of high-profile speakers and a highly topical educational programme, as well as plenty of networking opportunities.
Hosted by Olympic silver medallist, Gail Emms MBE, the day offers opportunities to hear from an influential speaker line-up, which includes sector specialists and innovators connected to sport:
• John Mitchell – Head coach of the World Cup-winning England Women’s rugby team
• Tom Hewson – Technology Analyst from the International Tennis Federation (ITF)
• Ian Redpath – Sport Lead, The Behaviouralist
• Tara Dillon – CEO, Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport & Physical Activity (CIMSPA)
• Jim Buttar – Head of Grounds & Technical Operations, England Rugby
• Charlotte Malyon – SAPCA Board Member
In addition, there will also be a panel discussion on end-of-life artificial turf, which will explore the practical and regulatory challenges surrounding the management of end-of-life turf systems.
SAPCA Awards Dinner 2026
The Conference will be followed by pre-dinner-drinks and the SAPCA Awards Dinner later in the evening, both of which will take place at the same venue. The dinner provides a great opportunity for networking and for celebrating the quality and excellence of SAPCA members and their work while enjoying an evening of great food and wine.

There is a discounted rate of £280 for a “Full Delegate” when booking the Day Delegate and Dinner, a saving of £120 per person.

We have secured hotel accommodation at the on-site Radisson RED London Twickenham, which allows delegates an easy access to the day and evening activities. Please note: All accommodation at this hotel should be booked through SAPCA and not with the hotel.
