SAPCA Annual Conference 2023
Taking place on Monday 13 February 2023 at St George’s Park, Burton Upon Trent, the SAPCA Annual Conference will feature a range of high-profile speakers and a diverse educational programme, as well as a number of networking opportunities.
Topics covered in this year’s conference programme will include:
• Sustainable facility design
• SAPCA’s new recycling policy
• Updates on facility funding programmes across different sports
• Opportunities around inclusive sport participation
• Facility legacy plans linked to major international events
SAPCA Annual Dinner 2023
The Conference will be followed by the SAPCA Annual Dinner, which provides delegates and
SAPCA members a chance to network while enjoying an evening of excellent food, wine and entertainment. Optional Black Tie dress code.

Members may choose to support one specific element of the event, such as the Dinner, the Pre-Dinner Drinks Reception, the Conference Lunch. Conference Exhibition
Members are invited to participate in promoting their products and services to the many delegates and VIP guests attending from across the industry and our many stakeholders. The cost is £600 + VAT; simply tick the box on the Booking Form if you are interested.
Delegate Registration
The options and costs of attendance are as follows. (All prices shown are ex-VAT.)
- Evening networking dinner (Sunday): £40
- B&B accommodation (Sunday): £140
- Conference Day Delegate (Monday): £265
- Anniversary Dinner (Monday): £115

There is a discounted rate of £395 for a “Full Delegate” when booking the Conference, Dinner and Hotel on the Monday, a saving of £125 per person.

All accommodation at the conference hotel should be booked through SAPCA.
