Established in February 2001, Keytec Geomembranes Ltd are experts at supplying and installing Storm Water Management systems in Sports Stadia, Residential and Industrial developments. Offsite Prefabrication
We take every opportunity to innovate production and streamline our processes as much as possible. As such, Keytec was the first UK company to invest in a bespoke geomembrane welding machine, manufactured by Miller Weldmaster of Ohio, USA. This investment allowed us to prefabricate our membrane in factory conditions, providing clear manufacturing efficiencies, resulting in cost savings to our customers. This process reduced project times, which in turn decreased disruptions onsite. Material wastage is also greatly reduced.
Prefabricated panels reduce site installation time for all impermeable geomembrane applications including Sub-Base structures. Our solution to creating bespoke membranes is also useful for sites with limited open space.
Knowledge & Expertise
We have in excess of 20 years’ experience and engineering expertise enabling Keytec to deliver an efficient, reliable service fully aligned with the requirements of our customers. Our products have been installed with the knowledge of local building control departments, the Environment Agency and various water companies. Our directly employed workforce are qualified by TWI to BS EN 13067 approval for plastic welders via the internationally recognised Certification Scheme for Welding Inspection Personnel (CSWIP).
