Trigon Ltd is a cost and project management consultancy founded in July 2024 by Michael Richardson and Byron Tack.
Both directors bring 16 years’ experience as quantity surveyors and set the business up to focus on sectors they are genuinely interested in, including sports and leisure.
We provide a personalised service that started with estimating and cost planning and has grown to include full project management and consultancy services.
In the leisure sector we concentrate on project management, while also bringing strong quantity surveying and forward cost-planning capability to every job.
Working predominantly with one major UK padel operator, we have completed or are in the process of delivering 29 courts across multiple projects in the south of England.
Typical work includes new-build padel courts (covered and uncovered), clubhouses, drainage and civils, and the associated planning and pre site operations.
We operate from Birmingham southwards (excluding Wales). Over the past two years we have worked with more than 40 clients on 255 projects; with a combined value of approximately £158 million.
