England Hockey has appointed SAPCA member company, Kingfisher Lighting, as it’s Official Lighting Partner in a new three-year agreement to support clubs nationwide.

The national governing body said the partnership reflects a “shared commitment to strengthening facilities and building a lasting future for the sport”.

As part of the partnership, Kingfisher Lighting (a division of Luceco UK Limited) will work alongside England Hockey and its existing facilities partners to provide clubs with expert guidance, practical support and cost-effective solutions. This will include webinars, toolkits and tailored advice to help clubs improve, modernise and future-proof their lighting facilities.

With a long and successful track record in sports lighting, Kingfisher Lighting has been a trusted name in the hockey community for many years. The company’s expertise in delivering high-quality, sustainable and cost-effective lighting solutions makes it a valuable partner in ensuring clubs can continue to provide safe, welcoming and accessible environments for players of all ages and levels.

Head of Sports and High Mast at Kingfisher Lighting, Lee Hayter, said: “We are proud to strengthen our relationship with hockey and look forward to helping clubs develop their facilities with world-class lighting solutions.”

Interim Development Director at England Hockey, Stuart Guise, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Kingfisher Lighting as a partner. Their expertise will be invaluable in helping our clubs create safe, sustainable, and welcoming environments, ensuring hockey continues to grow as a vibrant, accessible sport for all.”
