The entries are in and the judges are hard at work to decide the finalists for the SAPCA Awards 2025.
Celebrating their 10th anniversary next year, the awards celebrate the quality and excellence of SAPCA members and their work. As well as technical excellence and overall quality, the awards highlight the positive impact that SAPCA members (through high-quality sports and play construction projects, products and services) have on those who benefit from it the most – the people and communities who are the end users.
This year, there were more than 40 entries across the six categories, which are:
• Large Sports or Play Project of the Year (over £350k)
• Small Sports or Play Project of the Year (under £350k)
• Product of the Year
• Sustainability Award
• SAPCA Person of the Year
• SAPCA Young Person of the Year (people under the age of 30)
The finalists will be announced by Friday 20 December.
The winners of the awards will be revealed at the SAPCA Awards Dinner, which will take place following the SAPCA Conference on Thursday 27 February 2025 at Emirates Old Trafford in Manchester.
