SAPCA Principal Contractor Tennis 2000 has appointed former Technical Surfaces and McArdle Sport Tec sports facility constructor Geoff Siddall as Project Manager to further strengthen its expanding team of experts in multi-sport facility provision.
Geoff joins Tennis 2000’s recently-appointed Sales Executive Callum Wood, to help expand the company’s new 2021 business direction – from high-quality tennis court provision to exceptional multi-sport installations at sports clubs, schools and at private residences.
Geoff brings a wealth of expertise in sports facility construction project delivery – including FIFA-standard football pitches, tennis courts, hockey pitches and athletic tracks – to his new role.
He started his career as a labourer on a residential building site before moving into the sport facility construction sector with Technical Surfaces. Due to his hard work, dedication and willingness to learn he expanded his knowledge and expertise and moved to McArdles Sport Tec as Construction Manager. He then set up his own company to deliver artificial lawn installations at residential developments in the Leicester area.
Commenting on his new role at Tennis 2000 Geoff says: “I’m excited to be back in the sports sector by joining the Tennis 2000 team. The company’s high standards of workmanship and fantastic customer service really attracted me to this role, and I want to ensure that Tennis 2000 continues to build its presence within the multi-sport facility sector while meeting and exceeding customer expectations.”
Tennis 2000 Managing Director, Louise Saunders says: “Geoff’s appointment is an important addition to the company’s expanding team and the wealth of knowledge he brings will further strengthen the company’s expertise in the sports construction industry as we move our business focus towards increased multi-sports surface provision.”
