1. What do we do with your data?
We use it for business and legal purposes including:
- Dealing with any requests or enquiries you make
- Getting in touch if we need to tell you about something. For example:
- Newsletters
- Changes in legislation
- Industry news
Some 3rd parties are used for processing. Our mailing lists are processed by Brevo (formerly SendinBlue) and data may be transferred outside the EU.
If you have a business relationship with us we shall keep your data until that business relationship ends.
We’ll normally keep your data for a period of one year or until you tell us to remove it.
In the case of enquiries for which we have received no response for over 6 months after our last contact your data will be deleted.
We do not share any of your personal data with third parties unless we need to in order to provide services as described above.
2. Annual Members Survey
SAPCA plans to conduct its Annual Members Survey with Enventure Research. The survey will help us understand members’ views and priorities and inform SAPCA’s future work.
To administer the survey and issue dedicated invitations, SAPCA will provide Enventure Research with member company keyholder contact details. Colleagues within member companies may also be invited to respond using a separate generic survey link.

3. Can I see and /or change my data?
Get in touch to ask for a copy of information we hold about you and your organisation and have any mistakes corrected. We will need confirmation of your ID.
