Gemma Hyde

Gemma leads work on healthy placemaking at the TCPA. Her work focuses on how the places where people live can support health, wellbeing and everyday activity, with a particular interest in children and young people’s experiences of the built environment.

She has led TCPA work on embedding children and young people’s rights, needs and voices in Local Plans and on creating the conditions for play, independence and active everyday lives through planning and placemaking.
