CEO, SAPCA
Richard joined SAPCA as CEO in June 2022 and has set out a challenging strategy for SAPCA in the next 12 months – focusing on ensuring the financial stability of the organisation, good value for members and ensuring SAPCA is fit for purpose in the future.
Richard’s background is in government contracting, especially in and around education services, where he was responsible for a national education and enrichment company and delivery of various government contracts.
