Cancellations must be received in writing (via email to paul@sapca.org.uk) in advance of the event.

The following cancellation charges will apply:

1. Up to 5.00pm Friday 3 February 2023: £25 admin fee per person
2. After 5.00pm Friday 3 February 2023: No refund
3. Failure to attend: No refund

Substitution requests

1. If you are unable to attend the event we welcome substitute delegates attending in your place at no additional cost.
2. All requests for substitutions must be received via email at least 24 hours before the event with the name, job title and contact email for both the registered and replacement delegates to: paul@sapca.org.uk
3. Substituted delegates will not appear on any conference material if the substitution is made after 5.00pm Friday 3 February 2023

Payment

1. Payment must be received, in full, prior to the conference
2. You will receive a confirmation via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment confirming your registration
